Description

Matthew Clark is probably one of the most underrated artists out there. While the word underrated is bandied about alot around here, everytime I've seen Clark's art, the book he's working on looks great. He's also capable of producing some very memorable images, like I believe this one to be. Considering the detail, Andy Lannings inks are also very impressive. Thanks so much to Spencer Beck and Matthew Clark for making this happen!

Clark's lines have a raw energetic quality that seems almost loose, yet is very tight. (oh and welcome to caf)

This is a great page; it is said a lot but Clark truly is an underated artist.

Artemis, my son Evan saw this great splash in person and he loved it! I asked him why Superman was crying and he said "no dad, its his heat vision gone bad!
