The richness and beauty of this scene is just exquisite. It is based on a poem, with the man and woman walking out into a snowstorm, but barely feeling the cold, as they are warm and happy in each other's presence. All around them are pockets of artificial light and warmth in the city buildings, cars, and passing "el" train, but they are in their own world of warmth, where love and affection are stronger than any storm. Gene, this is a lovely, unforgettable creation.
