Thor 50 page 7 splash by Tom Raney

Well,I'm extremely proud to own this incredible splash(I've had my eyes on it for years).For one Raney did his best work on his Thor and Outsiders runs.Secondly this landmark issue was all done in splash pages and Tom lent all of his talent on those pages.And it shows.Here he created a truly iconic image of Thor who's majestic and noble.So much mood in this piece.And the inking by Scott Hana,who's an inker i'm not particularly a fan of, is fantastic here.Wizard used this piece as a tutorial in their how-to books where you can see the whole creative process of the page.One of my gems :)
