Description

Maybe Cap's lecturing an ill-at-ease Mosquito Man about his recent behaviour, or checking if he's one of the many registered lackeys of Stark, even if he knows the USA constitution by heart!!! lol
Anyway, it was really fun to do this piece with the Mysterious Mosquito Man and the recently offed Captain America!! I hope you dig it!!
