DescriptionWell, my wonderful wife knowing how much I loved the pencil piece that JB did for me (literally a dream come true) sent a hi-resolution scan to Josef Rubinstein who inked it and then she had Marvel inker Chris Ivy color it digitally and add a logo so that I could have a neat "final cover" electronic version. I like it a great deal but its the pristine pencils that hang on the wall.Social/Sharing |

I swear that I've seen this scene before. The incomparible shock of seeing Cap kill... and the fittingness that he should be the one to end the Baron Blood career... how fitting. This c over should have been printed on the cover of a book. As I recall, my subscription to Captain America began with this issue, and ironically, it was one of the last that Byrne did. I've often wished that the following nine or so pages that were pencilled an dincluded in War and Rememberance would show up finished with a cover. Well, at least we have a cover...
