I think of this as Logan's Last Stand. This is the final sketch, on the final page of the book. I think it is a very fitting ending and Brian Hurtt could not have possibly done a better job! Now my book is done sniff, sniff!

You are right. They can pretend that old Logan is dying in any possible strange way, or any possible distant time, but Days of a Future Past was his Last Stand - period. If you love the character, his end is there. This piece really conveys the atmosphere and mood of the original story, the execution is wonderful. I especially appreciated the background. Great work.
