How this guys isn't still in manstream comics is beyond me. Great piece!!!

Amazing Commish. Norm has chosen to go for small press. He felt he was type cast as a Batman artist and not allowed to draw much else. He's actually now working for Archie comics. Great buy. Take a look at my stuff. I think you'll find soemthing you like.
