Description

Jill Thompson was definitely a unique choice to draw Captain America, since she is best known for her work on Sandman and Scary Godmother. One of her rare forrays into mainstream superheroes was Wonder Woman, and even that had a unconventional air to it. Which was one of the reasons I asked Jill if she would sketch Cap, since I imagined it would be a unique interpretation. I have this one framed, and it hangs next to my desk in my partment.
