Description
I was quite thrilled when I won this page in a Heritage auction at below my max bid. It isn't a superhero or Conan BWS but I really like it and the Adkins inks don't hurt. I especially like the overall layout, the female statue in the second panel, and that the page basically tells the story.

One of my all time favorite BWS stories. Which is hard to choose from, since I love everything he ever drew! The Avengers, Conan! Ironman, X-Men & Machine Man. I just wish BWS would do a Capt.Marvel/Shazam story & a Superman story as well. God this man is talented.

Yet another comic I recall reading as a youngster, whose artists work really impressed me. Just a knockout page ! Congrats.

Nice work by BWS. The cover is based on the bottom left panel. The story was a rewrite of an Archie Goodwin/Joe Orlando story from Eerie #3 (1966).
