Description
Carmine told me this was his original art from a 1960's Flash story. I did research and discovered it's a splash from issue #147(Sept. 1964). Story goes it was heavily water damaged so the owner trimmed the bottom panels, had it airbrushed, and framed. The identity of the airbrush artist is unknown, but the final product is certainly stunning! Carmine signed the back in 2003.

Beautiful image from a great issue. It's interesting to note that that's actually Reverse Flash in the picture, slightly altered (and colored) to look like Flash. very cool!
