Conan Marvel Super Special 2 p.32 (Buscema / Alcala)

Wonderful battle sequence. Love the third panel which could easily have been a perfect splash composition on its own... such might in that blow! Alcala's inking is so precise it really gives a "living" feeling to Buscema's always perfect sequential art. And above all... this is sooooo much prettier than that awfully colorized comics that completely annihilate all the drawing greatness (I bought it to recreate the page balloons... and its pure evil coloring). With this, my dodson and the Bob McLeod xmen splash, this year is finally starting to kick in... (what a loosy first '07 semester for Buscema's fans on the market).
