Storm - Letting Go

We all hold on to so much. Keeping certain thoughts, emotions, and feelings bottled up. Displaying a smile on the outside, to mask the pain underneath. We are only human, and there is a limit to what we can keep contained. Everyone reaches their breaking point, and no matter how much we try to fight it, how much we try to be brave, a figure of steel, at some point, we just have........to let go.
