Description

The Sheriff's office in Old Opal city. He confers with his motley crew of Deputies. Birds play a recurring visual theme throughout the entire story. Here, an American kestrel eyes bats for dinner, appropriate as Scalphunter is looking to pinch a killer from Gotham.
