This is one of the inside covers, a pin up/splash page by the late great Gray Morrow from the Dell Comics Four-Color ALADDIN #1255, published presumably in 1961 with a great drawing of a wizard, as well as an excellent narrative.
This has Dell stamps, marginal notations
and date markings of 9-15-61 and 9-16-61.
The original drawing has four ships similar
to the one showing at lower left. The earth, air, and fire drawings are stick-ons.
The one for water is missing, but the ship
is an apt substitute. The stick-ons were off the main piece and loose in the packaging when I got it. The overall art is a huge 15" by 22".

The entire Aladdin book was unearthed in a major art purchase from John Chilly, a production manager for Dell, Curtis (Marvel) and Tower. This collection surfaced in the late '80s and was brought up by three national dealers. The "joy" of the Aladdin book was the amount of lettering pasteups that had come un-done, and trying to match everything up. The 4th symbol was never found, sadly. Very nice stand-alone piece.
