i will never forget reading legion of the night by Whilce Portacio. it was one of those books that just smacked you in the face visually and never let go. ever since that book i have followed whilce's art seeing him grow and mature hoping that one day i would actually get a chance to meet him. well i never did get to meet him but thanks to the internet i was able to set up this amazing commission of the creature. i am so in love with art if for no other reason than he looks like he is going to kick your ass. it looks like someone invaded the creatures lair at the wrong time. i have to thank whilce and his wife joanne for helping me to acquire this amazing piece.
