Description
I have no idea who the artist is on this one but it reminds me of Jack Kirby. The story behind it is that it was one of only five different scenes, each one being a one-of-a-kind hand painted cel, used to pitch the 1998 Silver Surfer cartoon to the TV execs. It's just a fantastic piece with deep vivid colors. I'd love to see the other four scenes.
