With Captain Victory, Jack Kirby started to have his own registered Copyright.
_English:_Then came the Pacific Comics, a publisher of American comic book specialist for the comics, who made a groundbreaking agreement with Kirby, publishing his series Captain Victory. Kirby remained owner of the rights to his creations and received a percentage of sales. This was a turning point, creating a precedent that helped other authors to receive similar consideration for their work in comics. The birth of Image Comics (1992) has its roots in this episode.

Venne quindi la Pacific Comics, un editore statunitense di fumetti specializzato per le fumetterie, che fece un accordo innovativo con Kirby, pubblicando la sua serie Captain Victory.
