Mike Royer, Tinkerbell Checks Out Her Bootie

You wouldn't know it, but the guy at the various cons selling mostly pictures of kiddie Disney characters was Jack Kirby's chief inker during the height of the Marvel Age of Comics. Every so often, he's asked to suggest ideas for Tinkerbell pins, decorations and, in this case, statuary. He does a rough rough, then a finished pencil and sends the final to Disney. This is an example of the second stage. It looks pretty finished to me. He has no idea when or if they use any of his ideas. This one is a take on her first character shot in the movie Peter Pan where she checks out her hips in the mirror she's standing on.
