The Dominators are, well, dominating future-Metropolis. Most of this issue is given over to the travails of Triplicate Girl, a prisoner within their Death Star, which looms over the city. Many yellow horizontal lines were added digitally to show the force-field imprisoning her. Also superimposed was the Legion's classic Bronze Age cry of pain, "Aaaaiiiieeeeee!"
