Now I have both, the first and second appearance!! While this page is almost identical to the first appearance, it has not been blue lined or light boxed.

11/11/2012: After owning both this piece, and the identical page containing the first appearance, for years, and only now just putting both of them together side by side, I have come to the conclusion and realization that this image of Spidey was unpublished and very sloppy compared to it's counterpart. It is possible that it was even drawn on after the fact. Maybe even a light box by Mr. Thilbert himself!? What an interesting bit of history I'm going to try and get to the bottom of.
