Artist/creator Colleen Doran (Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman, Sandman) painted this cover for the critically acclaimed fantasy/ science fiction series on illustration board measuring 12"x17". The image area is 10"x16". The colors are very attractive. This is a watercolor. Features shots of all major characters from the A Distant Soil series. This was a cover originally used on the Image Comics edition of the series. This was from issue #24.

Features major characters Brent, Chris and Dunstan. A very attractive piece for a collector at a reasonable bid.

Extremely clean, no flaws. Very handsome piece.

The painting is very attractive, but shows some wear on edges out of image area. There is a crease in the upper portion of the painting, not really visible on the scan. The area is the slightly lighter portion of blue wash in the top third of the painting. It does not affect the figure work at all. This painting is best displayed in a mat and frame. That can be provided for you at an additional cost.
