Description

A huge thank you to Jim Warden and John Byrne for making this happen so quickly. I commissioned this one as a gift for a buddy of mine who is in the hospital. It's a "split second" scene featuring the Batman and inspired by Wilson Mui's Spider-Man pose. My buddy is elated with the piece, and frankly I'm a bit jealous. He asked me to post it to my gallery, so here, in all its glory is another Batman by the legendary John Byrne

The Shapiro-Byrne duo delivers yet again. This is a really unique and unexpected layout for a Batman commission. It has a quasi-Daredevil flair to it. Very nice, Ari.

What a fantastic piece. I love the way the cape looks to indicate that Batman is falling.
