King Kull by Robert E. Howard or, in this particular case, "Kull le Roi Barbare", since this was the original cover to the French NEO Edition of the Howard's Valusian King. Nicollet (one of the great French Humanoides Associes along with Moebius, Caza & Druillet) has realized wonderful covers for NEO, years back in France. Recently they've been finally collected in a magnificent signed & numbered limited edition book!
