From the classic tale, Days of Future Past - Senator Kelly is in the middle of his diatribe against mutantkind, when the wall comes tumbling down on the crowd. (The following page shows that the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants crashing through the wall to assassinate Senator Kelly).

Note the fourth panel - looks like John Byrne snuck in a cameo from a couple of DC characters... possibly a reporter and photographer from the Daily Planet?
