Giant Man 1 page 16 MIKE DEODATO, JR.???

On the top of the page, it says Giant Man 1... page 16 I can't tell if it was published.
The art looks like Mike Deodato, Jr. but I don't know for sure.
This detailed page is rendered with pen, brush and ink with an image area of 10 x 15" on a larger 11 x 17" piece of DC 2-ply Bristol art board. As you can see from the scan, this is a well-designed five-panel page. It looks like there is a party with two men speaking, then we focus in on a gorgeous girl. The next four panels show her with a drink, speaking to another woman.
