Description
I believe this is the first rendering of Hiyu by Caniff. The art is drawn on Caniff's letterhead notepad which the Caniff's name heading is whited out. Directions for the color layout are also whited out. This was probably also used as a guide for coloring Sundays and then later as premotional art.
