Ok..I had planned on cooling it a bit on the art, other than pieces already in the works, but then Gene started playing around with color canson paper on his blog. The results were stunning so I decided to ask him to do my favorite version of Selina's outfit. The purple paper not only served as her costumes primary color but gave the piece a cool night time effect. Love how this came out! I highly recommend you check out his blog for some of the other canson pieces he did.This was done with ink, color pencil, and acrylic paint on 11" x 17" Canson Mi-Teintes Paper. I love this! Gene has clearly taken his craft to a new level with these colored canson paper pieces. I love his attention to detail and differential shading, which give this piece a sense of depth and realism. Wonderful addition, Brian.

Hey Brian, It's easy to see why you went back for more! Gene did a Beautiful job on this piece and yes, the purple Canson paper was the Purrr-fect choice!
