Now, it makes sense. You are an aesthete. And it shows. But, if you look at this piece and it brings you joy (as well as to others on CAF), perhaps "unused" is too strong, maybe "unpublished?" Regardless, perhaps the finest "unused" piece of art I've ever seen. Colossal congratulations!

I believe some of the unpublished illustrations surpass some of the published ones in sheer eye appeal and genius. And who but Wrightson would make three quarters of this earth or below earth with only the top strip depicting the world of the living. Reminds me of the inversion he did in Chris K's unpublished Frankenstein plate.
