I’ve had a handful of Grell Warlord sketches over the years, and this one really seems to work best for me. It’s probably got a bit to do with this one being on plain paper and not that 2-ply Strathmore smooth stuff that doesn’t seem to take the pencil nearly as well. And, maybe that inspired Iron Mike a ‘lil bit!
