Description
Another piece for a themed contest at the Changeling fan site. The theme of course was 'birthday party'. The idea of a green 'teen wolf' wearing a Carmen Miranda-ish costume seemed nice and ludicrous, so of course I had to do it. The kicker is his being upset when he finds out nobody else is dressed up.
