I read the Evanier/Spiegle Blackhawk issues for the first time in the late 1990s, and I was blown away by the stories. It's a crime that it's not currently in print. This is an incredible splash from that wonderful run.
That is an incredible splash. Domino and Blackhawk are P'Gell and the Spirit or Catwoman and Batman. One of the best pages from the series.
