OK, I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS EVEN JOHN BYRNE OR GEORGE PEREZ. I GOT IT FROM AN ESTATE SALE ON EBAY. THE SELLER DIDN'T HAVE MUCH INFORMATION, OTHER THAN IT WAS IN THE PERSON'S COLLECTION FOR DECADES AND THAT HE WAS AN ADVID COLLECTOR THAT WENT TO ALOT OF CONVENTIONS.

Looks like fan art to me, doubt it's Perez or Byrne.
