Description

Neat introductory daily for an unpublished strip: HAP McSNAP by Mel Cummin. In the late 1920's Cummin was artist on the GOOD TIME GUY strip (1927-28). In 1928-1929 he tried to pitch this new series HAP HAZZARD (renamed HAP McSNAP) and worked up about 6 weeks worth of dailies but it apparently did not sell (or was abandoned in favor of something else) and these were eventually sold by his widow in the 1970's.
