Description

Echo the new comic by Strangers in Paradise creator Terry Moore tells the story of Julie an innocent bystander at the site of failed military experiment. As a result of contact with a strange substance dispersed during the failure, Julie has been pursued by government agents intent on recovering the odd material.

I picked up this sketch of Julie on Free Comic Book day when Terry setup at my LCS - Bedrock City here in Houston. I originally asked for a character from the Echo story that we haven't see yet. He said he would, but the new guy was awful to look at. We jointly decided that Julie was a better choice.

My scanner had problems with the light pencil sketches so I doctored the image a bit to pull out the mushroom cloud in the back.

Update - Echo #14 is out and there is an echo of the cover in this sketch. I knew he was drawing something familiar, but I didn't know what until I got issue 14. You can see that cover in the Additional Images below.
