This unpublished layout appeared in The Marvel Vault book and was intended as a possible splash for Human Torch #8 in 1942, (or possibly the cover of an aborted new title?). I completed the cover in July 2009, and posted it in this gallery. This is posted for comparision, and is © 2009 Marvel Comics.
