Description
"102 Redux" by John Byrne. Re-imagining of Dave Cockrum's cover to X-Men 102 featuring the titanic battle between Colossus and Juggernaut! Nightcrawler and Wolverine rush to the battle and Storm tries to get out of the way! Wolverine was not on the original Cockrum cover, Byrne just decided to add him to fill the space....what a space filler!

Without a doubt, hands down, the best piece in your collection. No Byrne collection could possibly be complete without an X-Men piece. John put so much into this one, I don't even know where to begin complimenting it. From Storm's cape, to Jugernaut's expression, this is just a masterful piece. Amazing inks and placement of characters.

Fantastic re-imagining to X-MEN # 102 by the great JOHN BYRNE. In my opinion, this is far superior to Cockrum's original, which by the way, was an AWESOME cover, so no words or superlatives can really describe how wonderful this piece of artwork is. CONGRATULATIONS JOE !!!!

It's hard to pick a favorite of John's many commissions, but man this one has got to be near the top!!! It's just a fantastic job by JB! CONGRATS!!!
