Description
Morgan, in an unarmed rage, drops Shamballahn guards left and right in the action opener to “The Quest, Part I: Visions in a Crimson Eye”! Absolutely loved Grell’s THE WARLORD signature page 2 & 3 double page spreads, and luckily they put me on a quest too! And, a huge thanks to Alan from HEROES comics in Campbell, CA for helping me fulfill that mighty quest, with only slightly less blood spilling! ;)

I used to love reading Warlord off the stands when I was a teenager; it was always a treat to see the new 2-page spread Mike Grell would come up with each issue. Congratulations an a terrific piece!

The title splashes by Grell on Warlord were always so awesome. I remember knowing every time I opened a Warlord comic that the first page was going to be action packed and this DPS is a perfect example of Grell at his best, setting the up tempo tone for the rest of the comic. Sincere congrats on owning this awesome piece of OA.
