Scott McDaniel - Tales of the Teen Titans 44 Cover Reimagined

This sketch is from the 2009 Pittsburgh Comic Con featuring: Nightwing, Deathstoke & Jericho. This is a reimagined version of the Tales of the Teen Titans 44 cover (book 3 of the Judas Contract...and first appearance of Nightwing).

Last year Scott did a BOP 8 cover recreation that came out great (and actually looked cover quality after Andy Owens inked it)...so I thought since I am never going to have the original I maybe I should have Scott do a recreation. Instead of just a standing shot, Scott wanted more of an action feel and chose to take the piece home to complete instead of at the con, both of which were fine by me. I am really pleased with the way it turned out....now to see if Andy will ink it....
