I picked this beauty up at Mid-Ohio 2003. It was a long wait, but worth it.
Originally, he was only doing head sketches, but was soon doing these full-figure pieces too. He doesn't do many conventions either, so to get this full-figure piece was great.
It was also announced at the show, that he'd be taking over the Uncanny X-Men title. And if it's anything like his ol' Excalibur days, I'm so there.
Back then, it was one of the only comics I was buying too, because I really liked the personality he gave the book.
