Description
I just love the irony of this page. Here we have Todd Rice now known as gay boy Obsidian having a lover's spat with Marcie AKA The Harlequin (not to be confused with the more famous Harley Quinn). This predates Todd's coming out but the dialogue is precious !
Todd says "Blackmail? Hey Lady You've Got Nothing on Me!"
(There is something Marcie, it just doesn't have anything to do with cars)
Marcie: "Your whole future hangs on doing the right thing by me now, y'know"
(poor deluded Marcie--Todd did do the right thing by somebody and his name is Damon)
Todd: "Go to Hell, Marcie! The "Right Thing" was not to get mixed up with you in the first place!"
(We all know what the "right thing" was)
Marcie: "You'll come around in the morning, Sweetie! I'll give you till then to realize you've got no choice--but to join the Manhunter's Team"
(Manhunters? Marcie didn't know Todd was already on the Man Hunter's team)
Todd: "All I want to know is--Why Me, God? Why Me?"
(Well because God made you that way.....)

Thankfully Todd realized who he really is...a Man Hunter through and through....

Sorry for the shadow on the page (poor adobe photoshop skills) but I guess it is fitting....LOL

Thanks to the Thomas Writing Team for such a fun look into Obsidian's troubled past....
