Description

This simple sketch is just beautiful, as is the rest of David Mack's artwork. He had some cover art from Alias, Daredevil, and Kabuki with him at the 2009 Baltimore Comic-Con that was so striking (and recognizable) that I was tempted to begin collecting original artwork right then and there. He was doing these quick sketches using a brush pen and an inkwell! I'd never seen an artist use a brush pen with an inkwell, but he said it kept the pens good for much longer. Can't argue with success!
