It is actually pretty rare for Mike to ink his own interiors. He pencilled all of his Charlton work and his RBCC fanzine work early in his career, but as he progressed in his career, he rarely inked his interiors. He did ink many of his covers, especially his DC work including his run of Batman, Robin, and Deathstroke covers. For Marvel, he occasionally inked his own covers (e.g., on G.I. Joe). There are a handful of Secret Wars pages he inked over his own pencils, but not much other Marvel work that I can think of at the moment.
