Ulakovic's "Boris Karloff in The Raven"

This painting was done for fun, just to try my hand at using the broad spectrum of colors made famous by Basil Gogos. The color palate I used was not the traditional one used by Basil. As I progressed this portrait, I came to appreciate the skill at which Basil applies his acrylics. Perhaps with a lot more practice, I'll be able to better match his ability to use the minimum number of brush strokes to get the job done.
