Despite allogations of illegal use of steriods by the Intergalactic Olympic Committee and the Super Villian Board of Fair Play, the Silver Surfer once again tests negative for any performance enhancing drugs. Despite being cleared of these allogations, Thanos continues to insist he saw the Surfer using his Power Cosmic to manipute matter and change the test results.
