Very nice page. As much as I enjoy Colan's pencil's, for me this page is really brought to life under the weight of Palmer's inks - a fanstastic inking job as always.

Wonderful page. Panel one is actually the high point for me -- those rhythmic blacks are hypnotic. The last panel is a big payoff too. Based on the proportional perspective, I would estimate DD's extension from back toe to front fingertip at around 22 feet. Now, THAT's heroic.

Holy moley, Lee! What a great example of Gene and good inking. The rendering complements the layout. Not only is DD's pose in the last panel a classic, but panel one is beautifully composed and the figure's action is both graceful and dramatic--two hallmarks of Gene's work as you know. Congrats!!

Lee, Lee, Lee, what a fantastic page. Always loved that last panel, especially as that is actually the Panther. Well, if I can't have it at least I know it's in good hands.
