Bob, I used to think Stan Drake's Juliet Jones was the greatest stuff I've ever seen, until I picked up his Kelly Green graphic novels! Totally took my breath away!

Bob, what seems strange to me is that the original signed page has the balloons written in english INSTEAD french, I remember that the phantastic duo Stan Drake - Leonard Starr did Kelly Green for the french publisher DARGAUD and in France Kelly was published for the first time ...........

I agree it's strange, Roy, but it is what it is. Maybe Stan lettered it himself or had it lettered and Dargaud had to translate it to French?

I just read the complete reprint collection by Classic Comics Press. They explain the lettering - because the book was so popular, they wanted to start selling in English speaking countries - like South Africa, and asked for it to be lettered in English.
