Description

This has to be the best story I have from C2E2. I see Mark and his wife in the middle of Artist's Alley, browse a few of the Femforce pages he has available looking for a scene for my theme. We chat a bit and he says he is available for commissions and his book is wide open. I tell him I'm interested in something a little weird and he just smiles and says, "well at least I'm sitting down!". I asked him what his favorite character from Femforce was to draw and that I'd like her in a chef hat and apron serving up some food. He nailed this Nightveil for sure, but that's not all. It seemed before I came by, he was working on a piece for his wife of Lady Luger. When he asked her for some art board to start my piece, she mistakenly handed him the back of the board that he had been working on already. By the time he realized it, my commission was almost done. So he sent her down to kinkos to make a copy of the Lady Luger as reference to begin a new one for her. Long story short, I got a near finished pencil piece of Lady Luger as a bonus.

Nightveil drawn by Mark Heike, my favorite Femforce character by one of my favorite artists. I am so jealous! Mark really did a great job. Congrats!
