DescriptionThe short-lived Marvel wannabe Atlas (Seaboard) was graced by a host of top artists on a range of cheesy titles; if anyone has ANY art from Planet of Vampires please let me know!In these pages from issue 4 of Phoneix Ric Estrada really captures that 70’s Marvel look and superhero angst, loads of great panels recapping the story so far, alien invasions, atomic hand blasts and a lone hero perched atop a mountain lamenting the fate of humanity and building a grave to planet Earth, ‘the epitaph for a dying world’ a simple genius modern titles lack.
