I was hunting for a X-Men cover drawn by David FInch for months, and I never thought that I would own one in my collection so early, especially since he left Marvel for DC, and completely drawn by him (if I have good memories there are only 4 or 5 covers of the X-Men penciled and inked by FInch - He is his best inker ;). But it's done, I have one, and one of my favorites.

What other description do I need for this ? I’m going to let this one speak for itself and I think, or hope, that it's destined to become a classic X-Men' cover ;) I’m very happy to own that piece of Art., a grail one for me !

AWESOME pick up Chris! Congrats buddy! The intricate inking on this piece is outstanding, and really shows off the detail of Finch's pencil work.

Finch definately went all ou on this wonderful cover. The emotion and intensity is there. No wonder the book sold out. Let's hope he continues to work his magic on DC. I can't complain on his brightest day cover at all.

Yea uncanny 492 would go great with this one as it is a similar layout. That along with this and 494 (which I used to own) I would say are his 3 best x-men covers!

This is just sick. As of today, I have been been disabused of my previous concept that I could live a happy fulfilled life with no examples of Finch's artwork. On the other hand, the killer examples like this one seem to be taken already!
