I think it is from the portfolio though I don't have a copy- this came out with a bunch of other cowboy and a few sci-fi images years agp along with some of his Atlas western pages- if it is from the cowboy folio it is definitely some of the nicer art- wish I had had the cash to buy more of it back then -all I could afford were two atlas western pages whic h were a fracation the cost of the illustrations WIldey is way undervalued
